G4S Welfare to Work believes in sourcing the best delivery partners who are experts in finding people lasting work and related areas such as skills support, debt advice and youth employment. We want to build on existing delivery partnerships and are committed to working closely with our partners to provide the best service possible.  On that basis, we are always seeking new effective partnerships to strengthen our delivery models across all of our contracts. If your organisation offers high-quality services that help disadvantaged individuals move towards, and into, employment then we would be keen to hear from you.

Strategic

We believe the Work Programme is an opportunity for our strategic partners such as Local Authorities and Skills Providers to have a real say in how services are commissioned, funded and delivered. Just as we know that the services to support workless people into meaningful, progressive employment already exist, we know that strategic partnerships are already established in many areas. G4S are fully committed to working closely with national and regional stakeholders, to enhance the delivery of existing contracts and support the development of new partnerships for services.
