Voluntary Customers

G4S Welfare to Work believes that the Work Programme offers a unique opportunity for hundreds of thousands of people across the country to find sustainable jobs.

We are therefore delighted that some people are eligible to volunteer to participate in the Work Programme.  You may be able to volunteer for the Work Programme if you are:

• Claiming Jobseeker’s Allowance and your Jobcentre Plus advisor feels that you could benefit from the extra support available from the Work Programme at an early stage
• A new claimant of Employment and Support Allowance and you have been placed in the ‘Support’ or ‘Work Related Activity’ group
• Receiving Income Support or Pension Credit

If you think that you fall into one of these categories, please contact Jobcentre Plus and discuss your situation with them as soon as possible.

If you are eligible to volunteer in one of the areas in which G4S operate, we look forward to welcoming you onto the Work Programme. Once you have successfully volunteered for the Work Programme, you will be able to access all of the same services as our existing customers.
