George Selmer

Contract Director for Greater Manchester, Cheshire & Warrington

George joined the G4S team from Talent, where he spent eight years developing and implementing innovative employment programmes across the UK, from New Deal for Communities partnerships to Flexible New Deal.

George was part of the team that designed one of the first ‘Invest to Save’ employment projects in the UK, funded by HM Treasury in 2005. He has spent his career building working partnerships between the public, private and voluntary sectors, to maximise the strengths of each.
